The prices of the apartments in the village of Mubarak 7 Hurghada start from € 500/sqm.
The payment will be shared in the following way:
- 10% upon signing of the proposal;
- 40% upon signing the purchase contract;
- 50% deferred in one year with quarterly installment;
10% discount for a single payment solution at the signing of the contract.

We can also offer You the maintenance service of the buildings and the swimming pool (green area maintenance, cleaning, checking of the equipment....etc) with special rates and guranteed service.
